User Information

Only the person/persons specified in the agreement and delivery form may drive the vehicle you rent. In case of damages that may occur if third parties not specified in the agreement drive the vehicle, no damage assurance is valid. To increase the number of vehicle drivers, you can purchase the "Additional Driver" service from our branches. A maximum of 2 additional drivers can be defined for a vehicle. Rentals can be made within the scope of age and driver's license year requirements determined for vehicle groups. If these requirements cannot be met, you can purchase the "Young Driver" service package and rent within the limits of this package content. The young driver service package also includes the "Super Mini Damage Protection" service. You can learn the Additional Driver and Young Driver Service fees from our reservation center and branches.

Rental Period

Our vehicles can be rented for a minimum of 24 hours on a daily basis and 30 days on a monthly basis.

In case of possible delays:

• In case of delay between 2 – 4 hours, 1/4 of the car rental fee valid on that date and a 1-day fee for the additional product

• In case of delay between 4 – 6 hours, 1/2 of the car rental fee valid on that date and a 1-day fee for the additional product

• In case of delay of 6 hours or more, an additional full 1-day fee based on the currently valid car rental fee and additional product fee will be charged.

Fuel

Vehicles are delivered to the user with a minimum of 50% charge status, and for the battery health of the vehicles, they are expected to be returned with a minimum of 25% charge.

Traffic Fines

All OGS-HGS tolls and traffic fines belong to the customer (including the misuse of toll booths on bridges and highways). Even if these fines are notified to the company later, the customer is personally responsible for the OGS-HGS tolls and all traffic fines within the rental period.

Payment Conditions

The vehicle rental fee, along with additional product and service fees and the deposit amount, is collected from a single credit card belonging to the renter at the start of the rental. Depending on the fee difference that may occur at the end of the rental, collection or refund is made to the credit card. During the contract execution, the renter must be present at the office with their credit card.

Deposit Fee

In addition to the rental fee, a security deposit—determined by vehicle category and ranging from 5,000 TL to 15,000 TL—is charged to the renter's personal credit card at the start of the rental. These collected deposit amounts are fully refunded within a maximum of 7 days after the rental ends, provided no additional charges have been incurred. For high-end vehicle categories, the deposit payment of 6,000 TL to 15,000 TL must be made using two separate personal credit cards from different banks.

Vehicle Allocation

During the car rental process, Biwatt may require some customer information in addition to the conditions specified above. This customer information is necessary within the scope of the performance of the contract and is processed under the legal grounds of "Explicit consent of the data subject" specified in Article 5 (1) of the KVKK, and "a) Being explicitly provided for in laws", "c) Being necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract", "ç) Being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation", "e) Data processing being mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right", and "f) Data processing being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject" specified in Article 5 (2). Biwatt reserves the right not to rent a vehicle to the Customer if the necessary conditions are not met.

Cancellation / Refund Terms

Prepaid reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours before the reservation time without any fee deduction. If less than 24 hours remain until the reservation time and cancellation is requested, the first day's fee of the total rental will not be refunded. In this case, if the reservation rental period is one day, no refund will be made.

Findeks

Vehicle allocation is carried out according to Findeks compatibility. Biwatt reserves the right not to rent a vehicle to a customer whose Findeks compatibility is not sufficient.

Important Note:

When you visit our office for car rental, you must have your Identity card and Driver's license with you. One of the two documents must be new (with a chip). For premium class vehicles, double credit cards are required in all cases.
