Personal data contained in communications sent via IYS are collected through automated means such as company communication systems, telecommunication services, and online forms via our website and mobile application, and processed based on legal grounds specified in Articles 5/1, 5/2(a), 5/2(c), 5/2(e), and 5/2(f) of the KVKK.

Your personal data may be shared with authorized company units, solution partners, service providers, suppliers, legal advisors, and public authorities, as well as with the Tunalar Group companies listed in the Data Transfer Clarification Text, in accordance with legal obligations and within the scope of commercial communication regulations.

You may submit your requests regarding your personal data within the scope of Article 11 of the Law by filling out the KVKK Application Form available on our website.

Even if you have given consent for receiving commercial electronic messages under Law No. 6563, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without providing any reason. You may exercise this right easily and free of charge through the same communication channel used to send the message or via the IYS system once it becomes active.
